Managing Partner
As our managing partner, Nikki heads up Aspire’s compliance and supervision and is also the brand architect. She is passionate about providing clients with the right material to understand what they have so they can make informed choices.
Nikki originally trained as a branch manager for a large building society. She went on to become a financial adviser, running a number of smaller IFA firms and having her own company, offering business and compliance consultancy services to financial advisers before helping to create Aspire.
Away from the office, Nikki enjoys watching her sons play hockey. Travelling is a hobby, and she loves exploring in her campervan, being by the sea and skiing. When she has time, she enjoys getting stuck into a good book.
