The past year has been an incredibly positive one for our firm, as the hard work of our closely-knit team of advisers and support staff has paid off for our nearly 700 active clients. We’ve set ourselves goals to grow our business and our team, while remaining grounded by working within our community and ensuring our clients still get a personal touch.
We’re incredibly proud of everything our team has accomplished this past year. So, it was a thrill to see our achievements recognised this week when The Aspire Partnership won the Adviser Firm of the Year Award for the south-west and Wales at the 2023 Professional Adviser Awards.
The Adviser Firm of the Year Award recognises firms that have delivered excellent advice and service to their clients
The Adviser Firm of the Year category is open to financial advice firms across the UK. It is considered among the leading accolades at the Professional Adviser Awards and is divided across seven major regions around the UK.
The Aspire Partnership won the award for the south-west and Wales region, beating many excellent advice firms in the area including the 11 other shortlisted nominees.
The category’s criteria focus on a firm’s success across several areas, including:
- Financial performance
- Business growth
- Client satisfaction
- Managing risk and liability
- Systems and procedures
- Client communication
- Any innovative developments.
One of our major achievements over the past year was ensuring our clients remained satisfied with the ongoing advice and service they received.
Our 2022 internal client survey showed that:
- 90% are very satisfied with our response times, understanding of their needs, and annual reviews
- 99% believe Aspire has helped or will help to achieve their goals
- 100% would recommend us to loved ones or colleagues.
We’re also proud to say we are Bristol’s only Top Rated Chartered Firm in 2023, as part of VouchedFor’s Top Rated Guide with our team of advisers receiving average ratings of between 4.8 and 5 stars.
This high level of client satisfaction was one of the driving forces behind our 2023 awards victory, and as much as the Adviser Firm of the Year trophy will have pride of place in our office, the fact that our clients remain happy with our service is a far greater achievement.
We attended the glitzy black-tie event — hosted by Paul Sinha from The Chase
We were lucky enough to make it down to London for this year’s event and to soak up the festivities among a ballroom full of our peers.
Our managing partner, Nikki King, and associate partner, Naomi Keith, were in attendance at the 2023 awards.
Naomi said of the win: “Nikki and I were delighted to accept such a prestigious award on behalf of the brilliant Aspire team. We all work hard every day to ensure our clients receive the best outcomes possible and it’s amazing to receive recognition at such a high level”.
While winning awards — and receiving recognition from industry publications and our peers — is rewarding, it mostly goes to underline the high quality of service we strive to deliver for our clients on an ongoing basis.
