Hi, I’m Anne Williams, and Steve Pine of The Aspire Partnership has been advising me since 1991.

I’d been promoted at work; I was earning more money than I’d earned before, and I wanted to make sure that I was doing the right thing with my money. My husband felt the same. So, we got in touch with Steve, just to ensure that we were doing absolutely the right thing.

Steve was great. From the start, he understood what we wanted, where we were, and what our aspirations were. He was a really great person to help and support us.

I’ve remained with Steve since 1991 and obviously throughout all his time with The Aspire Partnership because he takes the time to get to know you and understand what your beliefs are and what you want, and he’s never pushy.

My husband died six years ago. Steve helped me transfer my pension out of a company scheme into an individual pension arrangement, which enabled me to have the security that if anything were to happen to me, then my family would be well looked after.

Steve knows I’m not a big risk-taker. Throughout all my investments, he’s never made me feel like I was doing something I wasn’t comfortable doing. He steered me in such a way that I’ve got a really comfortable future ahead of me, which has always been for me, from the very first day I met Steve, the most important thing.

If Steve needs to refer me to somebody else in the partnership or wants some support from somebody else in the partnership because it’s their area of expertise, they’re always really knowledgeable and helpful. I feel that the arrangement I have with Steve, what I liked about Steve, and why I’ve stuck with him for such a very long time permeate through the whole partnership.

The three words I would use to describe The Aspire Partnership are knowledgeable, reassuring, and supportive.

The best thing for me working with Steve and the team is security, knowing that I have people who know me, understand me, and understand my aspirations, and they’re working to ensure that I achieve the outcome I’m looking for.

I trust them. I know that they will do a really good job and will look after not just your investments but you as a person as well. They don’t push you into doing anything you don’t want to do. They’re really good people to have on your side, which is why I’ve not hesitated in recommending them.
